“When I first started collecting Blue Willow China, I was intrigued by the pattern. Was there a story there? It turns out there is. It is a story that came from some ancient chinese legends and which became the famous Blue Willow pattern for china about 200 years ago. It is still a popular pattern today!

I decided to create a Blue Willow coloring book. Taking inspiration from the traditional patterns and story adapted my coloring pages into my own style. I tell the story in manuscript style pages followed by coloring pages illustrating the events as the adventure unfolds.
